How long has MacDocs been in business?
MacDocs first opened as Softline in 1989. We are by far the oldest Apple Specialist, and Service provider in Utah.
What is the difference between an Apple corporate store, such as in the Gateway, and an Apple Specialist like MacDocs?
Resellers, such as MacDocs, have been selling, and servicing Apple products for years on behalf of Apple, but yet remain independently owned and operated. We are tied to the community, with employees who have been with us on average of several years instead of several weeks.
What services are available from MacDocs?
As a fully Authorized Apple Service Provider plus, MacDocs provides the full line of warranty services performed by Apple Certified Technicians, on the full line of Apple Computers, and most peripherals. We also do out of warranty repairs.
What kind of Certifications does MacDocs have?
We have certification that range from XSAN to Laptop repair, and everything in between.
What if I need some one to come to my home or office for consultation or service?
MacDocs provides onsite services for both individuals and companies. Whether you need home set up or a contract to take care of your server we can handle it all.
What if I have a question about my Mac?
You are more than welcome to come to the shop for a casual chat with one of our associates with no appointment necessary, Or you are welcome to submit a question to our general email that may answer in one of our blogs.
